Flat Rock Brook Nature Center provides an ideal setting to host a corporate meeting, workshop, shower, luncheon, concert or other special occasion. Our exhibit space is light-filled and surrounded by hiking trails, a pond, gazebo, and the inspiration of nature. Fill out the form below to begin the rental process or to receive more information.
Your Rental Includes:
Use of the room.
Use of tables and chairs.
Use of catering kitchen. We can provide the contact information of local caterers, at your request.
AV equipment and wireless Internet access.
Parking available for up to 25 cars (first come basis).
You provide:
Food/drink; food service materials/tablecloths; decorations or set-up/removal of decorations.
Renters must take with them all food, drink, outside kitchenware, and decorative items brought in for the event at the conclusion of the event.
Garbage and recyclables must be separated and deposited in the proper receptacles.
Our Nature Center
Our building is open to the public during facility rentals Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Other events, programs, and visitation may occur during your event. Sat-Sun afternoons are not available.
Facility Rental Tour
Tours are recommended prior to booking and can be arranged Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm or by special arrangement on weekends. Please call (201) 567-1265 to schedule a tour of the rental facilities or for more information.
Rental Fees
Prices quoted include set up/breakdown time. Please call to inquire about renting our facility for your next meeting, event or party (201) 567-1265.
Half Day Rental: $650 for 4 hours; $250/hr thereafter
Full Day Rental: $1,000 for 8 hours; $250/hr thereafter
Evening Rental: $650 for 4 hours; $250/hr. thereafter
For multiple Rental Dates: Negotiable Fees (Please contact our business office)
