Our Land Management Team is responsible for the health of the entire forest. This necessitates periodic deer drives to safely herd these animals back outside the deer fence that guards our new forest growth. This allows us to protect the understory that will grow into the forest of the future. There are still 50 acres of our property available for romancing and munching! Deer drives last approximately 4 hours and require volunteers to be able to walk off-trail in uneven terrain.
