Members are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of Flat Rock Brook Nature Association which will be held on September 17th at our Nature Center headquarters at 443 Van Nostrand Avenue. The agenda includes the election of new trustees, proposed bylaw revisions and a review of the past year. The Annual Meeting will be followed by the first organizational meeting of the 2018-2019 Board of Trustees. Refreshments will be served.

The 2018-19 Annual Meeting marks the completion of the terms of four current board members who have each completed 6 consecutive years of service. We would like to thank retiring trustees Allyson Powers Johnson, Henry Pruitt III, Michael Shannon and Kathleen Silberstein for generously contributing their time and talents to the service of Flat Rock Brook. Barbara Berger Brill and Bill Ziegler have completed their first terms and opted to not continue for 2nd terms.  We are grateful for all outgoing Trustees for their tireless effort to keep Flat Rock Brook a vibrant resource for families and school children throughout the area!

Nominated for a second three-year term are Dr. Michael Passow, Scott Reddin, and Dr. Lisa Wisotsky. Re-nominated to the board after a one-year hiatus are Nina Bachrach, Marc Forman and Cynthia Sumner. New nominees to the Board are Veronica Frazier, Chelsea Gleis Trevor Jadoo, Peter Jansen, Jill Lauren, and Jeffrey Richardson.
