Join the Flat Rock Brook Gardeners!
Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience, to become a Flat Rock Brook gardener. Volunteer! Help garden in Flat Rock’s native plant gardens, attend gardening workshops, and take off-site field trips. You will learn some interesting things and new techniques and share your knowledge with other local gardeners.
General Information
- Most activities will take place on Thursdays.
- Please bring gloves and clippers on gardening days. Check in and get your name tag.
- Inclement weather - check your e-mail or call Kathy by 8:00 am.
- Trips and workshops will be "at cost" for our volunteers. We will charge an additional fee for others wishing to join us. Pre-registration required. Call the office at 201 567-1265 to sign up
- There will be a mini-workshop, about ten minutes long, at the beginning of each gardening session where you will learn a gardening tip or technique.
