Flat Rock Brook's 6th Annual 5K Run
Sunday, August 6, 2017

Flat Rock Brook will hold its annual 5K “Run in the Wild” trail run on August 6th.  The run begins at our visitor center and after a short street run enters the shaded and forested trails of our 150-acre preserve.  The run provides participants with the uncommon experience of trail running through a nature preserve. We are planning this year's event, so check back soon for more event details and registration information.

Our 5K is sanctioned by the USA Track and Field Association.

I thought it was a wonderful event! The volunteers and staff were helpful and enthusiastic, and the course was very pretty! It was a really nice event. I will definitely return next year and bring friends!
